how we work

  
 
Initial meeting: Survey of kitchen and outline plan of design, taking into account your “wish list”.

Design production: We take your brief back to the office and load all the information on to our specialist computer, this will enable us to produce a 3 d plan of your kitchen for you to view.

Customer amendments: Return to you with our design software and show you your plans.

At this stage you have complete freedom to change designs and styles so we can produce 3 D colour pictures of your dream kitchen.

Pricing: We will work out a fixed price for the complete project as specified and layout in writing our terms of Business.

If however you are a keen DIYer we are happy to sell you a kitchen on a supply only basis.

Confirmation: As soon as we receive you order, we will set a schedule for your Kitchen, giving you a start date.

Installation: We arrive on the designated day with the appropriate team.

The project will be personally worked on and overseen by David and Jo Retallack
